The Palm Springs area’s exciting resort lifestyle has something for everyone. Current population of the Valley is above 415,000 with the Valley’s average age being 37. Projections estimate a population of near 600,000 in a few short years.

Educational opportunities have expanded with the California State University’s newest campus located in Palm Desert and the University of California, Riverside's Richard J. Heckmann International Center for Entrepreneurial Management campus. This is in addition to the College of the Desert's recent $350 million expansion.
